Refund policy

In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have the right of withdrawal for seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product to return this product at your expense to La Patte Verte and this without having to justify any reason.

Returned products must imperatively be in perfect condition for resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), duly sealed, and accompanied by your order number. Any risk related to the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer. La Patte Verte will exchange the product or refund the corresponding amount after deduction of any shipping costs, within thirty days.

To return a product, you must first contact us at info@lapatteverte.com to obtain a return number, specifying the order number and the reference of the product(s) concerned.
